I didn’t know anything about mindfulness mentoring so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but since working with Camille I’ve seen a definite shift in my well-being and love towards myself! I ended a toxic relationship, I became more self-aware through writing which is something I had never done before. I made myself accountable for unhealthy choices and through realistic goals we made together each fortnight. I drastically reduced my alcohol intake and ended up naturally wanting to exercise more and eat well. With only a little background knowledge of the techniques of meditation, I was really pleased to see that Camille was offering classes after school.   • 1 x 90 min session to set a powerful intention for our time together. What do you want to change more than anything so that you are living a life you love? 
  • 5 x 60 min sessions to keep you motivated and on track within the 3 months ( Each session can be scheduled either weekly or fortnightly depending on what you feel works best for you )
  • Guided meditations and simple and effective tips on how to set up a regular meditation practice at home
  • Tools, resources and relevant information on the topic you are passionate about
  • Email access through our time together so you always feel supported

Can’t get to a meditation class, prefer 1 on 1 online, or for me to come to you?

Online sessions are done via Skype. If based in Melbourne private or group sessions can be facilitated in person.
