Being stuck in between things can feel both comforting ( cause it’s safe ) and frustrating ( cause it’s not what you deeply desire ).

In between an ideal relationship, ideal job, ideal body… you’re not in a bad place with what you’ve currently got going on, but you’re not in an amazing place either, you’re stuck in between. And let’s be honest, being stuck can feel a bit sh*t.

So how do you escape being stuck in between what you’re really wanting? Here are a few tips that have helped me.

Step 1 – Get clear on what you DON’T want and set an intention that by a certain date you’re done with it, whether that’s today, tomorrow or in 6 months time.

Step 2 – Realise what you DO want and set an intention that you will have it by a certain date. Write it down, visualize it, feel it.

Step 3 – Trust that what you DO want is now on its way! Let go, follow your inner voice & heart. Look out for signs and subtle feelings that it’s starting to unfold.

Step 4 – Meditate & Journal. I can’t stress this enough as it’s given more wisdom and guidance than anything else in my life. Try and make time for this every single day, even if it’s just 10mins.
